Personalized follow-up
The results are interpreted directly by our veterinarians, who can adjust treatments in real time and clearly explain the steps to follow for your companion’s health.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

What types of tests can you perform on-site?

+

We perform most routine tests directly at the clinic: hematology, blood biochemistry, urine analyses, fecal analyses (coprology), screening tests (leukemia, parvovirus, leishmaniasis, etc.), as well as cytological examinations. Some specialized tests are sent to partner external laboratories.”

How long does it take to get the results?

+

For most tests performed on-site, results are available within an hour. This allows for rapid care, especially in emergencies. For tests sent to external laboratories, the turnaround time ranges from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the type of analysis.

Does my pet need to fast before a blood test or any other analysis?

+

Yes, in most cases, it is recommended that your pet fasts for about 8 to 12 hours before a blood test. This allows for more reliable results, particularly for biochemical analyses (such as blood glucose, lipids, or liver function tests).

Water is still allowed during this period.
If your pet is young, elderly, or ill, consult the veterinary team: in some cases, fasting may need to be adjusted or may be contraindicated.

Do I need to make an appointment to have a test done?

+

Yes, it is preferable to make an appointment so that we can schedule the sample collection under the best conditions. In case of an emergency, our team can see you without an appointment depending on availability.

Are the tests painful or risky for my pet?

+

Most sample collections (blood, urine, feces) are minimally invasive and cause little significant pain. Our veterinarians and veterinary assistants use gentle and appropriate techniques to minimize your pet’s stress.
